Rachel and Phoebe discuss how they both feel happy for Chandler and Monica, but also a little jealous. Rachel finds out about Phoebe’s “backup plan” to get married to Joey if they have not found anyone by the time they are 40. Rachel asks Ross to be her backup, but we find out Ross is also Phoebe’s backup! To help Chandler with his proposal plan, Joey tells Monica that Chandler has no interest in ever getting married. Frustrated, Monica reveals that Richard is willing to marry her.
