For the Royal Breakfast we will need:
a piece of butter (15-20 g)
2 cloves of garlic
rosemary (optional)
tomato (*cut into pieces)
salt (pinch)
sugar (pinch)
fine-grained oatmeal flakes (0.5 cups), you can use any oatmeal
water
salt
hard cheese (15-20 grams)
cover with a lid, turn off the heat and leave for 1-2 minutes.

Poached eggs:
Water boiled in a saucepan:
1 tablespoon 9% vinegar
3 eggs

Serve like this: oatmeal, top the oatmeal with a poached egg, greens (I used dill).
