The Services Selection Board (SSB) screening process is a series of tests and assessments that evaluate a candidate's aptitude and suitability for a career in the armed forces. The screening process is the initial stage of the SSB interview and is designed to identify candidates with the desired officer-like qualities. 

The screening process typically includes: Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) Test, Picture Perception and Description Test (PPDT), and Verbal and non-verbal reasoning assessments. 

Candidates who pass the screening process move on to the next stage of the SSB interview, which includes: psychological tests, group testing, interview, and conference. Hope you find the video useful.
