Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy Awareness Day falls on the 30th of September each year!

This episode was recorded with a friend of mine from University, Cerys Davage. She is an incredible woman who suffers with Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy 2i which is a rare strand of Muscular Dystrophy. In this episode we discuss symptoms, severity, progression and the Muscular Dystrophy community.

We also covered research - with Cerys' condition being so rare there is not much research out there to help those with the condition, if you could donate I know Cerys and the rest of the community would be so grateful.
