This time it's for real. I post a video months ago saying I was going to start making videos and taking the channel in a new direction. Then I got nervous about it! This time I have a few videos ready to upload and I am getting ready for a trip which I am going to try to record as a video diary type series.

This won't be easy for me, as will become clear, but I will do my best and hope that by sharing my journey, it will not only help me, but might give someone in a similar position a bit of encouragement. I might fail miserably, which would be embarrassing as well as depressing. But, if I succeed in making myself better, then perhaps someone who needs to see that will find my channel, now or in the future, and will realise that it is possible for them as well.
