The Greenhouse Park in Istanbul, which got its name from the roses in the garden, meaning "rose garden" in Turkish, was the setting of the Ottoman Empire's reform decree. The decree that moves the empire towards modernity and in which the law establishes the equality of citizens regardless of religion.
In addition to being the oldest urban park in Istanbul, this park is considered a royal garden during the Ottoman Empire and even much earlier, which was not allowed to visit the public. Until years passed, in 1912, this royal park opened its arms to the world
This magnificent garden, in addition to roses, also contains hundred-year-old walnut and oak trees and is surrounded by many historical monuments and museums, which doubles the appearance of the park and its sense of history. The southern entrance of the park leads to one of the largest doors in the palace.
