Mussels in creamy garlic lemon butter sauce
I learned this recipe in Dubai when I was working at Fish & Co. Seafood In A Pan, a Singaporean restaurant in Al Ghurair Mall.
This recipe is so good, easy to make and addictive!
It is perfect for appetizer with garlic toast or can be eaten with rice, yes, just like how they served at Fish & Co..
These green mussels here are from New Zealand.

For this recipe:
900 grams of mussels
50 grams of minced garlic
250 ml of cream (whipping cream)
250 grams of butter
1 tablespoon of chicken base
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Dried parsley to garnish
Garlic toast
