This week, we're showing you our latest recipe for the Origami Dripper, this time using a V60 02 paper filter. If you're curious about how to brew using a flatbed Kalita filter, check out our previous brew videos.

You can replicate the recipe featured in this video by using the following guidelines:

20g - 300g
92°C Water
100g Pour - 0:00 (Circle)
200g Continuous Pour - 0:45 - 1:20 (Circle)
Total Brew Time - 2:30

We used a Commandante grinder, on a medium/coarse grind setting for this brew.

Please remember that roast degree can greatly influence the resistance of your coffee bed, which is a large variable in the brew times you may experience. If the coffee you are brewing has been roasted darker than our roast style, consider grinding slightly finer to compensate for the lower density.
