THEME: THE SPIRIT OF WISDOM

🟦 Wisdom is the ability to differentiate good and bad, right from wrong

🟦and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.

🟦The Spirit of the LORD will rest on him--the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of power, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD--

🟦 God's understanding is un ending so he wants to instill in us his wisdom that surpasses human understanding so we can glorify him

🟦Observe them carefully, for this will show your wisdom and understanding to the nations, who will hear about all these decrees and say, "Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people."

🟦Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show it by his good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom.

🟦But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth.

🟦 Such "wisdom" does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, of the devil.

🟦But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere

🟦 The wisdom of God is shown when you decide calmly and in humility

🟦You can change anybody's mind as long as you have the wisdom of God

BENEFITS OF ACQUIRING GOD'S WISDOM

🟦It prolongs one's life

🟦Instruct a wise man and he will be wiser still; teach a righteous man and he will add to his learning.

🟦 "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.

🟦Gives one ability to be creative and crafty

🟦But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.

🟦God gave Solomon wisdom and very great insight, and a breadth of understanding as measureless as the sand on the seashore.

🟦 Ask God for a mature heart so we can be productive, and unique,

🟦will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing.

🟦I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you."
