Rice Cooker Chicken Biryani

Ingredients:-

Chicken - 500g
Basmati Rice - 2.5 cups
Whole Garam masala - 1 tsp
Onion- 1
Tomato purée- 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tb spn
Coriander powder- 1 tb spn
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies- 4
Crushed pepper- 1 tsp
Brown onions- 1/4 cup
Mint leaves- few sprigs
Saffron water- 1 tsp

Method:-

In a pan add oil, whole garam masala, onion, salt, curry leaves and sauté it. Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, tomato purée, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and add chicken pieces.
Cook it closed for 10 minutes.
Remove some excess gravy and keep aside. Now add green chillies, crushed pepper and adjust salt and dry roast it.

For Biryani Rice

In rice cooker andd measured quantity of rice and water in 1:2 ratio and switch on it. When almost all ghe moisture is absorbed make mountain as shown then add saffron water, mint leaves, chicken gravy and chicken pieces.
Let the rice cooker switch off by itself and serve it with raita
