This is a very short clip (seriously this was the extent of this particular interaction for the entire episode)... however, it does lead up to the scene of Carly confronting Jack about his past with Mitzi. Jack responds to a call about a possible disturbance at the Roller Palace. There he finds Mitzi. She says she's forgotten to make the deposit and that Rose will kill her if she finds out. Jack is confused by that but Mitzi tells him that Rose is under a lot of stress because of Paul's family... more specifically Barbara and Jennifer who aren't happy about the upcoming wedding. She asks Jack not to mention anything about the incident to Rose...
