Ingredients :

Jackfruit-200gm
Raw rice-1/2 cup
Oil-3tbsp
Cumin-1tbsp
Garlic-15-18 numbers
Turmeric powder-2tbsp
Red chilli powder-2tbsp
Curry powder-1tbsp
salt as per taste.

Process :

Step-1:
Take a pressure cooker add glass of water let it boil.
add jackfruit pieces.
Add turmeric powder.
Then add salt 1tsp
boil it for 2 whistles at medium flame.
After 2 whistles,switch off the flame let it cooldown and drain it.
Step-2:
Take a mixer jar .
Add soaked rice.
Add cumin seeds.
Add pealed garlic.
Add little water and make a fine paste.
Add turmeric powder.
Add red chilli powder.
Add curry powder.
Add salt,mix it.
Add boiled jackfruit and marinate with prepared mustard paste.
Step-3:
Take a pan add 2tbsp of oil
Take boiled jackfruit dip into batter
add one by one fry for 2min at medium flame
Then turn it to other side fry it for 2 minutes.
turn it again Fry it for 21more minutes.Switch off the flame.

Now jackfruit fry is ready to serve with rice /water rice /pakhala.
