Ingredients and preparation

Chicken 1200 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Ground spices 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
Ginger powder 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
Yogurt 100 gram
Yellow mustard paste 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Mix well
Leave for 2 to 3 hours and then grill...
