In this public talk, Mike Mattos describes the foundations of Professional Learning Communities to members of the Bloomington, Indiana community. Monroe County Community School Corporation (MCCSC) is in the process of implementing PLCs at a district level. They have partnered with Solution Tree to do PLC Coaching Academies and other PD training with teachers and administrators.
