酥皮 Puff Pastry x 4
杏仁片 almond slices
砂糖 white sugar 50g
蛋白 1顆 an egg white
檸檬汁 lemon juice 6g

1. 將砂糖50g倒入碗裡
pour white sugar 50g into the bowl.
2. 將一顆蛋白倒入碗裡混合
pour an Egg white into the bowl, then Mixing.
3. 倒入6g檸檬汁混合
pour 6g lemon juice into the bowl and Mixing.
4. 將蛋白液平鋪於酥皮上
Spread egg white on puff pastry.
5. 鋪上杏仁片
Spread almond slices on puff pastry.
6. 將酥皮切成八塊
Cut the puff pastry into eight pieces.
7. 撒上一點點糖
Put a little bit white sugar on puff pastry.
8. 烤箱先預熱至170度後將杏仁酥放入烤箱烤20-30分
Place the roasting tray in a pre-heated oven at 170c for 20-30 minutes.
9. 好吃的杏仁千層酥完成囉!
