Ingredients:
300g chicken breast strips
1/2 cup soysauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1.5 tsp seasoning granules
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 medium onion
350g bok choy
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chicken powder or 1/2 broth cube
1 cup water add if needed
salt and pepper to taste
