On August 22, 2024 a fire started at my grandmother's house. She was rescued and recovered at the hospital. Lydia Torres is a beautiful and resilient woman and she's doing well.

In July 2022, I visited my grandmother and recorded shots of her home and conducted an interview with her... not entirely sure when I'd use the footage, but knowing I would some day.

As our family picks up the pieces of this tragedy, and we figure out the best way to support my grandma during this time... I made this video.
