Following an ACL injury, there are many thoughts that go through our mind. Some of the more common ones are: Am I going to need to have surgery? If so, when? Is it possible to not have surgery?
In this video, we discuss a research topic categorizing individuals as Copers vs. Non-Copers, and what each one means in terms of your likelihood of requiring surgery and when. Tune in and let us know your thoughts!
