- 1/2 CUP SOUNF
- 1/2 CUP KHASHKHASH
- 1/4 CUP JAIVATRI (MACE)
- 1/4 CUP SONTH (DRY GINGER POWDER)
- 1/2 CUP KACHRI ( MEAT TENDERIZER)
- 1/4 CUP BHUNNA CHANNA
- 1/2 CUP LAAL MIRCH POWDER
- 4 PEEPLI
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 1 & 1/2 KG MUTTON (NALLI & BONG)
- 1 CUP COOKING GHEE
- 3 TSP SALT
- 1/2 CUP MAIDA
- 1/2 CUP FLOUR
- 4-5 TBSP NIHARI MASALA
- 2 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
- 10-12 CUPS WATER
- 1 TBSP LAAL MIRCH POWDER
