This was my first Pride in Kosovo since I moved here 1 year ago, and it was so much fun. The turnout exceeded my expectations considering that being openly gay is still a sensitive and controversial matter across most countries in the Balkans. The city of Prishtina organizes this parade every year and it was very well set up, the energy was amazing, and I am so happy I got to be a part of it.
