Per the October 2, 2024 Order styled as "Order regarding representation status and setting hearing" further questions have been raised as to who will represent Mr. Kohberger in the #Idaho4 case than those brought forward by Anne Taylor, Esq. at the September 26, 2024 status conference hearing. Given the court's directive in the order that Ms. Taylor and co-counsel Elisa Massoth and Jay Logsdon "shall remain as counsel of record" unless a further court order says otherwise, we opine whether the lack of a defense contract discussed at the September 26, 2024 hearing suggests that a member of the defense team has sought withdraw on these grounds.
