The Great Divide is the perfect place to go cross country skiing for beginners, kids, or even as your warm-up ski for the season. It is relatively flat with exception of the hill at the half way point that takes you down to The Great Divide arch (BC/Alberta Border).
Approximately 15km round trip with 150m elevation.
