SINIGANG NA BANGUS SA BAYABAS (exact ingredients below)
SINIGANG NA BANGUS SA BAYABAS or BULANGLANG is a Kapampangan soup dish. It is a variation of sinigang that is usually made with bangus/milkfish stewed in guava, garlic, onion, tomatoes, and vegetables. Serve it while it's hot, perfectly partnered with a freshly white steamed rice and of course with a condiment of fish sauce & red chili.

Ingredients:
1 thumb-sized ginger
4 cloves of garlic
1 medium-sized onion
2 pcs of tomato
1 pc big bangus
2 tbsp of fish sauce
1/4 tsp ground pepper
6 to 7 cups of rice water
2 stalks of lemongrass
330g of taro
500g guava
7 pcs string beans
10 pcs okra
5 branches of kang-kong
3-4 pcs green chilis
