The City of Long Beach will help celebrate the grand opening of 26 Point 2, a new 77-unit affordable housing development for low-income individuals experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness. The development by Excelerate Housing Group is comprised of studio units and residents will have access to a multi-purpose room with a kitchen and lounge, outdoor courtyard and barbecue areas as well as onsite social services through Harbor Interfaith.

City officials will be joined by Los Angeles County Supervisor Janice Hahn and representatives from the Los Angeles County Development Authority as well as executives from Excelerate.
