配方 : (200克红豆可以做540克红豆沙)
红豆200克
凉水1250毫升
炒菜油75毫升
白糖75克或冰糖75克

Ingredients: (200 g of red beans make 540 g of red bean paste)
Red bean 200 g
Cold water 1250 ml
Cooking oil 75 ml (1/3 cup)
Sugar 75 g (1/3 cup) or crystal sugar 75 g
