Bahan bahan :
300 gram wortel
350 gram kubis
200 gram kecambah
3 - 4 batang daun bawang
250 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
1 sdt baking powder
50 gram tepung maizena
50 gram tepung beras
400 ml air
Minyak secukupnya untuk menggoreng
Bahan bumbu yang dihaluskan :
5 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
3 sdm gula pasir ( kalau kalian lebih suka asin, boleh diskip )
3/4 sdt merica bubuk
2 sdt kaldu bubuk rasa ayam
1,5 sdt garam
Ingredients:

3 - 4 spring onions
250 grams of medium protein wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
50 grams of cornstarch
50 grams of rice flour
400 ml of water
Enough oil for frying
Refined spices:
5 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp granulated sugar (if you prefer salty, you can skip it)
3/4 tsp pepper powder
2 teaspoons chicken broth powder
1.5 tsp salt
