🚧The Tenjin area of Fukuoka City continues to undergo large-scale redevelopment.
The Tenjin area is undergoing a large-scale redevelopment that is said to happen once every 100 years, symbolized by the Tenjin Big Bang.

🚧Sumitomo Life Fukuoka Building/Nishidori Business Center facing Meiji-dori and Nishi-dori.Construction started in 2023, with underground and foundation work continuing, but construction of the above-ground part will finally begin in early March 2024.
Currently, the steel frame is being erected on the east side of the tower crane, and the 8th and 9th floors are under construction.

The Sumitomo Life Fukuoka Building/Tenjin Nishi-dori Business Center has 24 floors above ground, 2 floors underground, and a height of 113 meters.
As the steel frame is being assembled, the light-shielding sheets for welding are also being gradually raised.
Sumitomo Life Fukuoka Building/Nishidori Business Center is scheduled for completion in May 2025.
