I do not eat bananas, but this is a recipe I enjoy over and over again.
This recipe is easy and quick. You need super ripe bananas for the perfect banana bread or cake. If you do not have very ripe bananas or you can not wait for them to ripen well enough, you can use the oven method.

How to ripen( soften) bananas at home.
Place your bananas ( unpeeled) in the oven rack and put in oven for 5 minutes. Turn the sides after about three minutes. After five minutes total time, turn off the oven but leave the bananas inside it. Allow the bananas to rest in warm oven for 10 minutes or more until you are ready to use. Bring it out and allow to cool a bit before using.

How to make banana cake /bread
Recipe list
3 Medium sized Bananas
100 ml Melted butter ( you can also use 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup of brown sugar ( optional)
1/4 cup of normal sugar ( you can double it if you are not using brown sugar)
1 tsp of vanilla flavor
1/4 cup of warm milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
A handful walnuts and Cashew nuts.

Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour or until skewers comes out clean.
