Although it can be tricky this time of the year to manage the colder and short days, while living and travelling in our motorhome, we have had a bit of luck with plenty of sunny days this December along the Catalonian coast of Spain.  Getting up to see the sunrise is much easier if you can stay in bed until after 8 am! :-) But you have to be mindful that the days don't just slip away from you, and you have to put a lot more effort into getting out there and make the most of it. For us, it's also a period of slowing down as a full year of constant moving around takes its toll eventually.
