How to change or install a radio with touch screen, hands-free, gps and option for rear and front camera.

(The cameras are not shown in this video).

In this video we have installed a radio 2 din android in a car of the Volkswagen group in this case a Seat Altea.

Although the video can be used for any car, of course they will change some things like the connection harness, which will not always be the same.

Or if your car is older, you will not have to wire the accessories cable to the fuse box, my advice is that after watching the video if you want to do it in your car you look for information about the harness you need, as well as the connection circuits , since in many cases they vary a lot between brands and years, it is better to be very sure that we are putting on the correct harness.

Another thing that varies is that many vintage cars bring a rectangular space also called 2Din where we can put a metal rectangle and thus simply slide the radio, in the case of newer cars we will always need a face (front adapter) to be able to install a radio 2 din or
1 din since factory do not bring a standard hole.

And now returning to the issue of the radio that we have installed in our case is an Atoto model A6Y2721PB which comes with 32gb of memory and 2gb of ram enough to move the android system, gps, games, etc.

I have to say that I would have liked to do more tests such as connecting a psx classic to the video input but unfortunately the HDMI adapter did not arrive in time to cvbs that I had asked for, maybe it will encourage me one day to see if it is possible to adapt it .

On the other hand it should be noted that a rds for this car with gps leaves for a lot of money from the factory, which is why I did not have gps in the car, in my case I spent less than 300 for everything, 230 of the radio and 40 in materials.

For that amount if it seems reasonable to have gps in the car apart from other extras (which in my case I do not look for
but I know that many people want to have hands-free, rear camera or dashcam among other things).

The rest of things are what we could expect from any android system although in my case I preferred to "tune it"
with a launcher (the nova launcher), a new player (eye poweramp worth 4 leuros) and a well-known payment gps.

That does not mean you need to be such a pijotero, but I like it that way because in my cell I was wearing it that way,

To say also that in my case I lose the controls of the steering wheel, if you want to keep it you have to buy a harness with CAN BUS emulator which comes out almost for € 100, it seems too expensive just for having 4 buttons on the steering wheel.
