Gooey, boozy, and chocolaty 😌
Recipe:
CAKE
330 ml black coffee
100 g cocoa powder (natural or dutch process is fine)
110 ml whiskey
226 g butter (2 sticks) (plus more for greasing)
290 g granulated sugar
2 eggs
280 g all-purpose flour (or 140g whole wheat flour + 140 g all purpose flour)
½ tsp salt
1½ tsp baking soda
Whiskey Syrup
150 ml whiskey
75 ml water
75 g granulated sugar
Chocolate Ganache Glaze
160 g semisweet chocolate chips
80 ml hot milk (approx. 140ºF)
Bake 45-50 mins at 325ºF
