This Motorola Maxtrac fully retuning and converting from trunking radio 450-470MHz to conventional 32 channel ham band radio 430-450MHz for amator use.
1.Changing calibrating table in firmware (EPROM 27256) from 440-470MHz to 425-455MHz for correct calibrating output RF power and deviation. (Thanks to www.repeater-builder.com)
Logic board was blanked and reinitialized to Maxtrac300 - 32ch - 25Watt.
2. Retuning BPF on RF board to 430-450Mhz.
3.Retuning RX VCO and TX VCO down to 430-450MHz(core changed to ferrite).
4.Full realignment with RSS software.
RF board - HLE9310B.
Logic board - HLN9313B.
PA board - HLE4431A 25Watt UHF. Fine working from 425 to 470 MHz.
Firmware - HLN5569B v.5.36(or HLN5569A v.5.34).
