Sardarji sells Saron da Saag and Makki di Roti, he comes from nearby amritsar old market on Cycle,
to get him it is very difficult, I have seen him in one of the video on youtube, but one day when we were on heritage walk going back to our hotel room around 8.30PM we heard a very mild sound which is recorded on speaker " Saron da saag Makki di Roti" we came back and got this person, he had only two Rotis but Saron da saag was there, we took the same and enjoyed it in our hotel room.
