This product is a 304 Grade Stainless Steel board by Jindaal which serves multiple purposes like Chopping, Kneading, Rolling while it includes a steel rolling pin too!

The one side of this board has a lip L- shaped edge, which makes it a perfect option for the countertop board, helps in having a better grip. As it is a high grade Stainless Steel, it is definitely a better choice over wooden/ Plastic boards which leaves residues while chopping. The edges are not sharp, and are curved. It is dishwasher safe ofcourse! Heat absorbent! It is not scratch resistent as the product claims to be , however it isnt a major issue.
