Hey everyone!

This video is a little different from my other videos as it goes more in depth in SI and how to communicate with others about it.

This topic came up in one of my pediatric clinic interview where I was asked things like:

1. Describe what praxis is as if you were speaking to a parent.
2. Describe dyspraxia as if you were speaking to a colleague.

Although I knew all this information, I realized i didn't have the best language to clearly and simply define these words that I covered in this video.

I think this is important to be able to define relevant terms with any OT topic as we need to be able to advocate for our role and educate clients/families. It is a little longer than usual so be prepared to take a break as needed. This will also be beneficial before any peds/SI clinic interviews.
