Summer Hits Challenge*☀️🏖️💪

Today's routine:
- Full Body Workout
- 15 minutes long
- Water jug (6-8 liters), heavy dumbbell, or kettlebell (6-8 kg or more for advanced users)

The Summer Hits Challenge is back by popular demand, with some new twists! 😎

This time, the sequences will be 15 minutes long, and like last year, we'll use equipment that you can easily carry in a suitcase or buy at your vacation spot.

Vacations are definitely for resting and reducing activity, but I believe there's time for everything: activity and rest. Since many of you already have a strong habit of working out and tell me that during vacations "your body asks for it," I've created these short routines, no longer than 15 minutes, to get you moving quickly and to leave you with those great feelings that exercise offers on a physical, mental, and emotional level.

P.S.: I know it's summer only in the Northern Hemisphere right now, but summer will come for my Southern beauties, and they can use these routines too! 😉
