I built an abandoned fixer upper ranch for my sims 4 LP the Kaplans, this home was previously owned by an elderly man that couldn't take care of the upkeep this home needed, as the ranch withers, the man passed away from old age peacefully in his sleep, leaving behind a stubborn old horse that is still kickin....
