Here is a simple 3-pour recipe for the Kalita Wave 155 for brewing your favorite specialty coffee.
It is similar to the Hario V60 3-pour recipe, with a few adjustments to the temperature and brewing method.

0"00 - 0"30 - Bloom (37.5g)
0"30 - 0"50 - Second Pour (62.5g)
1"10 - 1"40 - Third Pour (100g)

Coffee: 12.5g (1 cup)
1ZPresso K-Plus Grind Setting: 70 clicks (medium)
Water Temperature: 88°
Paper Filter: Kalita 155 filters
Total Brew Weight: 200g
