Little Rock creek lake is a high alpine lake sitting in the backcountry of the Bitterroot wilderness, just south-west of Darby Montana. This hike begins with a 4.5 mile hike of difficult terrain to the lakes edge. Little Rock creek lake is beautiful, cold and full of fish! The “trail” continues past the north side of the lake, and ascends west toward El Capitan peak. The three miles between these two lakes is almost nonexistent and very difficult! But the Unnamed lakes are well worth the treacherous hike! I hope you enjoy this video and the many natural beauties it has to offer!
