Special design has been a huge topic for me in the endgame Splatoon 2 days, but for this game I wanted to do a bigger deep dive into, so welcome to another big project for this year. I hope you all enjoy.

To clarify: This video is ranked based on how well I think the specials are designed and their impact on the game, not how good they are, there is also no Order in each tier.

Screen Footage Text: I think that the special visually looks very cool. The wall is imposing and large. And it has that unique Splatoon vibe. I also think the effect of it is a really cool idea. It's a very colorful game and the idea of draining some of that away as a unique status effect is a really neat idea. And it even comes with some extra counterplay...
