Mary Williams, MPH shares he amazing journey of how she was able to go from a Research Assistant to an In-House CRA and work her way up to management roles including Clinical Trial Manager and Clinical Operations Manager roles, all without being a regional, traveling CRA.

She also discusses how she was able to overcome her fears and take her career even further and step into a Director of Clinical Research role, again all without traveling! Mrs. Williams is a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) with experience supporting clinical research for government and industry sponsored clinical trials. She has an undergraduate education in Neuroscience and English Literature and graduate education in Public Health

She has demonstrated expertise in GCP compliance, site and study start-up activity, IRB submission, data management and regulatory document review. Mrs. Williams has strong project management, quality assurance and technical writing skills and specialized experience in oncology therapeutic area.

Mrs. Williams enjoys collaborative environments, training and leading project teams and pioneering process improvement activities.
