Cluster 5 representing Barangay Simbalan, Barangay Sangay, Barangay Olave, and Barangay Guinabsan emerged as Grand Champion during the Tortosa Festival 2024 Street Dancing Competition held at Buenavista East Central Elementary School Grounds, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte. The champion also bagged the Best in Street dancing and Best in Musicality.
