ഈ മീനില്ലാത്ത മീന്‍ കറി കൂട്ടിയാല്‍ ഒരു പറ ചോറ് ഉണ്ണാo/fish curry without fish

Ingredients:
Coconut - 3/4 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 10 + 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds
Elephant yam- 500 gm
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Shallots - 6
Onion - 1(small)
Tomato - 1(medium)
Fenugreek powder - 2 pinch
Kudampuli -2(small)
Green chilli - 2
Coconut oil, Salt, Water, Curry leaves
