 These last seven months have been CRAZY!


Greetings friends! I have been to 9 countries in seven months, and a DTS run by YWAM, and their motto is "To know God and make God known." The first three months of school were lectures. Unlike a college, this is a school where you really get to know God. Every week there are new teachers that speak on topics such as Hearing God's Voice, Forgiveness & Repentance, The Holy Spirit, Fear of the Lord, and many more. Once the lecture phase was over, we went on a three-month outreach to Portugal. There, we did a week on the Camino (which is a trail from Portugal to Spain) and did evangelism along the way. Hiking side by side is a great way to talk about Jesus. Then, our team spent six weeks in Lebanon working with nonprofits to provide basic needs and preach the gospel to the very poor community there. In North Africa we did similar activities, working with locals and churches for four weeks. 

After graduation, I traveled through Europe to Paris, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Liechtenstein for three weeks as a break from the high intensity of DTS and a chance to travel and experience more of Europe

                               My Plans
Now I am back in Colorado temporarily. In September I will fly to Vanuatu to film a video in support of a local ministry discipling young men and teaching them useful skills for their future lives and careers.  On October 1st I will be back in Marseille!


                                 My vision
My first three months in Marseille, I will be attending a Bible School to further expand my knowledge and understanding of God's Word and his character, as well as reaching out to the local community and establishing a positive relationship between the local churches and our YWAM base. I will also be studying French with the goal of eventually becoming fluent.

Once the Bible School is over, I will step into a staffing role for the DTS, learning to disciple, lead, and influence the young people coming through our base. I will be posting regular updates via my vlog, and am very excited to share this next season of my life with you!
