A TRACTION INFORMATION FILM

This short programme looks at the technical investigations, conclusions and braking technique behind the December 1991 amended instructions; Clause 5.1.2., Appendix No. 6 to the Rule Book, the Working Instructions for HSTs and the Southern Region Sectional Appendix, concerning Running Brake Tests during falling snow, or where snow has fallen and is disturbed by the passage of trains.
