A difficult place to reach without having to negotiate a steep incline either way, but it was a fun outing ...or three, trying to succeed, battling the weather conditions. Although it's not much to look at, it is a piece of history with just a few intact remaining in the country. The location made for a few fantastic days out with stunning views across the coast as we walked amongst the vibrant heather's & gorse bushes.
