Today's Shrimp Curry is a simple yet flavorful dish featuring shrimp, garlic, onions, and white wine. By using shrimp shells, heads, and shallots to create a rich shrimp broth, the curry develops a deep, savory flavor. The shrimp are briefly pan-fried to keep them tender, ensuring they don’t overcook.


I kept the ingredients minimal, allowing the richness of the broth and the freshness of the shrimp to shine. The result is a warm and comforting curry, perfect for the colder months when you're craving something hearty yet simple.


My drawing is inspired by an anime named "Delicious in Dungeon," also called "Dungeon Meshi." It's an anime about a daring group of adventurers who cook dungeon monsters to survive while rescuing their leader's sister from a dragon!
