Materials Needed:

52 Tumbling blocks (Dollar Tree)
Wood glue
Wooden scroll appligues (found this one’s at Dollarama)
Acrylic paint or stain
Acrylic paint, black, white yellow
Brush
Printer paper or printed designs
Hot glue
Hot glue, gold, and red
Plastic spiders and bugs (for decor)
Books
Glass bottles (wine, liquor, or recycled bottles)
Baking soda (to mix with acrylic paint for texture)
Optional: stones, stick, and rope for additional decor

Instruction:

Build the Book Stand:

You’ll need 52 tumbling blocks. Start by creating two rectangles in different sizes, gluing the blocks together.
Add support between the two rectangles by placing wooden scroll appliqués at the core to stabilize the structure and enhance the overall look
It's a bit tricky to explain, so follow the steps in the video for a clearer guide.
Let the stand dry completely before moving on.

DIY Witch Spell Book:

Prepare the Books:
Start with an old book that you no longer need.
Mix acrylic paint with baking soda to create a textured look for the book’s cover. Apply it evenly for a spooky, aged effect.
Print out some spooky labels or use prints you already have, then glue them inside the book where the pages are open.
For extra decor, you can glue on plastic spiders, bugs, or use glittery hot glue to create a diamond-like effect or add fancy stones for a mystical look.
Aging the Pages:
To give the pages a vintage, worn look, stain them with coffee. Simply brush or dab the coffee on the edges of the pages for an aged effect.

DIY Witch Wand:

Gather Materials:
Find a wooden stick from your garden or a nearby forest.
If you have roots or flexible twine, collect those as well.
Choose a stone for the top of the wand. You can cut one off from old curtain holders, or use any stone you find or already have.
Assemble the Wand:
Glue the stone to the top of the stick.
Wrap the twine or roots around the stone and stick to hold the stone in place, leaving a natural, textured look.
Finally, use rope to secure the roots to the stick, but only for a few centimeters near the top, so the connection is strong without covering the whole wand.

DIY Potion Bottles:

Prepare the Bottles:
Use old glass bottles you no longer need (like wine or liquor bottles). Make sure they’re clean.
Mix acrylic paint with baking soda to create the same textured effect as on the spell books. Apply this mixture to the bottle for a rustic, magical look.
Decorate the Bottles:
Add some extra details to the lid or neck of the bottle. You could use a small skull, bugs, or any decorative piece you have on hand.
Use hot glue to create raised patterns or texture on the bottle, adding more spooky details.
Finishing Touches:
Once everything is dry, consider placing a small light inside the bottles to give them an eerie glow, perfect for spooky decor.
