Episode 5 of our new For Rent Around the World build series! I'm attempting to build a multi-unit rental lot in every world in The Sims 4 using the new For Rent expansion pack. Today I'm tackling Britechester University and building a fraternity and sorority house! I used a lot of items from Discover University, High School Years, Basement Treasures Kit, and Modern Luxe Kit! Each room has a different layout and can fit a different type of Sim personality. Hopefully your Sims can find a bedroom that fits their needs! I hope you enjoy this style of video and please let me know what theme I should do next!
