Ingredients:
For Oat Milk:
½ cup instant oats
1 cup cold water (chilled from the fridge)
Handful soaked cashews (optional, for creaminess)
A few ice cubes (this will prevent milk from turning stringy)

For Chai:
1 cup water
1-2 teaspoons jaggery or sugar (as per taste)
1 teaspoon tea leaves
½ cup oat milk (adjust as needed)

Instructions:
1. Making Oat Milk:
Add instant oats to a blender and grind into a fine powder.
Pour chilled water into the blender with the oats.
For added creaminess, you can optionally add a few soaked cashews and a few ice cubes.
Blend everything on high speed for 1 minute. Don't over blend.
Strain the mixture through a clean cloth or fine mesh to separate the oat milk.

2. Making Chai:
In a pan, add water, jaggery or sugar, and tea leaves. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Once the water boils, add the oat milk as per your preference (use more or less depending on how milky you want your chai).
Boil for another 1-2 minutes on medium heat.
Strain the chai into a cup, and enjoy it with rusks or your favorite snack!
Now you have a delicious oat milk chai to savor!

Oat milk stores in fridge for 3-4 days, just like regular milk.
